Our office is at Mumbai Central, but trademark filing in India is entirely electronic. Whether you are in Surat, Indore, Coimbatore or Guwahati, the process, the cost and the timeline are identical.
You never need to travel
Documents come by WhatsApp or email. Form TM-48 is signed digitally. Hearings are now conducted by video, so no one travels for them either.

India has five Trade Marks Registry offices — Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai and Ahmedabad. Jurisdiction follows your address, and we file to whichever one is yours.

A Government Registered Trade Mark Agent
Filings are made by a Government Registered Trade Mark Agent. Besides an advocate, only a registered agent may file on your behalf. It is not something any consultant can do.

Searching, class selection, examination replies and hearing preparation. This is the part that decides whether a mark survives, and it is done by people who have done it for years.
We also take the complicated ones
Not every case is straightforward. Some are the ones other services quietly decline. We will look at those, and tell you honestly what the odds are before you spend anything.
