Amazon Brand Registry needs a trademark. We file it for ₹949.
Brand Registry accepts a pending application in India, so you can start the process the same day we file.
- TM number the same day
- Correct class for sellers

Without a trademark, your listing is exposed
Anyone can piggyback your listing, copy your images, or sell under your name. Without Brand Registry, Amazon has little reason to act on your complaint.
- A+ content and Stores unlock with Brand Registry
- Report counterfeits and hijackers directly
- Sponsored Brands ads become available
- Your listing stops being anyone’s to edit
Which class a seller needs
Your class depends on what you sell, not where you sell it. The common ones:
Each extra class costs another full government fee. Most sellers start with their biggest category and add later. That is what we will recommend unless you genuinely need more.
Seller questions
Can I apply to Brand Registry before registration?
Yes. Amazon accepts a pending Indian application with its application number, so you can begin as soon as we file. Usually the same day.
What if someone already sells under my brand name?
Search first. If they have filed earlier, registering may not be possible and continuing to sell carries risk. The free name check tells you before you spend anything.
Do I register in my name or my company name?
Whoever owns the brand long term. Many sellers register personally and licence it to the business, which survives a change of company.
Is a logo or the name more useful?
For marketplaces the wordmark matters most, because enforcement is against sellers using your name. A logo composite mark is the fallback if the plain word is crowded.
