Refund Policy
When money is refundable, and when it is not. Stated plainly so there are no arguments later.
Before we file
If you have paid and we have not yet filed, our professional fee is refundable in full, less any government fee already paid to the Registry.
If our search finds that the name cannot sensibly be filed and you choose not to proceed, our professional fee is refunded in full.
After we file
Government fees are not refundable once an application is filed. This is a rule of the Trade Marks Registry, not our policy, and applies to every filing service in India.
Our professional fee is not refundable once the application has been filed, because the work has been done.
If an objection or refusal comes
An examination objection is a normal stage and is not grounds for a refund. Where you purchased the package that includes an objection reply, that reply is provided at no extra cost.
A refusal by the Registrar is not grounds for a refund, since the decision is not ours to make. We will tell you honestly whether an appeal is worth the cost.
How to request a refund
Write to info@invorn.com from the email or WhatsApp number you contacted us with. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within seven working days.
