The basis on which Invorn Services (OPC) Private Limited provides trademark filing and consultancy services.
What we are, and are not
Invorn is a trademark filing and consultancy service. Filings are made by a Government Registered Trade Mark Agent.
We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal representation in court. Nothing on this website is legal advice.
No guarantee of registration
The decision to register a trademark rests solely with the Registrar of Trade Marks, Government of India. No filing service can guarantee registration, and we do not.
Our obligation is to search properly, advise honestly, file correctly and reply to objections within the deadline.
Fees
Our professional fee is quoted in writing before any work begins. Government fees are set by the Trade Marks Rules, are paid to the Registry at actuals, and are not marked up by us.
Government fees are non-refundable once an application is filed, irrespective of the outcome.
Payment and refunds
Payment only after a free consultation. We take no payment until you have spoken to a trademark expert, received the free name check result and a written quote with the total cost. There is no onboarding or platform fee.
Full refund before filing. If, for any reason, you are not happy with our service before your application is submitted to the Trade Marks Registry, tell us on WhatsApp or email and we refund the full professional fee you paid, including any search fee. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Once an application is filed, the government fee has been paid to the Registry on your behalf and our filing work is complete, so fees are no longer refundable. Registration itself is decided by the Registry and is never guaranteed.
What we need from you
Accurate information and documents, and a signed Form TM-48 authorising us to file. Deadlines set by the Registry are strict; where we ask for documents to meet a deadline, we need them promptly.
We are not responsible for an application that lapses because required information or approval was not provided in time.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
