Got a trademark objection? It is not a rejection.
About 45% of Indian applications receive one. A written reply within the deadline is what saves the mark. We draft and file it for ₹1,999.
- Free review of your examination report
- Reply filed within your deadline

What an objection actually means
An examiner has raised a question about your mark. Usually under section 9 (descriptive) or section 11 (similar to an earlier mark). It is not a refusal. But miss the deadline and the application is treated as abandoned.
- We read the report and tell you the real odds
- Reply drafted with evidence of use where it helps
- Filed before the deadline, with proof
- Hearing represented if the Registrar calls one
What the reply costs
The application is treated as abandoned, but restoration or a fresh filing is often still possible. Send us the report and we will tell you honestly which applies.
Common objections, and how they are answered
Section 11 — similar to an earlier mark
The reply distinguishes your goods, class, trade channels and visual presentation from the cited mark. Where the cited mark is dormant or unused, non-use can also be raised.
Section 9 — descriptive or non-distinctive
The reply argues acquired distinctiveness with evidence: invoices, packaging, advertising spend, social presence and the date you first used the mark.
Wrong class or specification
Often resolved by amending the specification rather than fighting the objection. We will tell you if that is the cheaper route.
How long does a reply take?
We draft within 3 working days of receiving your report and documents, and file well before the one-month deadline.
Send us the examination report
We read it properly and tell you what your chances actually are, before you pay anything for a reply.
The deadline is one month from the report date. Do not sit on it.
