How Invorn Services (OPC) Private Limited collects, uses and protects your information, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we collect your name, phone number, email address and the details of the brand you ask us about.
If you engage us to file, we additionally collect the information the Trade Marks Registry requires: applicant name and address, business type, proof of micro/small enterprise or DPIIT registration where claimed, the mark itself and the date of first use.
Why we use it
Solely to run the trademark search, prepare and file your application, correspond with the Trade Marks Registry on your behalf, raise invoices, and keep you updated on your application.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Who we share it with
The Trade Marks Registry and other government bodies, as required to file and prosecute your application.
Our payment and accounting providers, only to the extent needed to raise and record an invoice.
How long we keep it
Application records are retained for the life of the registration plus seven years, because they may be needed in renewal, opposition or rectification proceedings.
Enquiries that do not become filings are deleted within twelve months.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required by law to retain it.
