Questions

When is renewal due?

Every ten years from the date of application. The Registry may send a reminder, but the duty to renew is yours.

What if I miss the date?

Renewal is still possible for six months with a surcharge. After that the mark can be removed, and restoration is harder and costlier.

Will you remind me?

Yes. We note the renewal date when we file and message you before it falls due.

Do not let a ten-year mark lapse

Send us the registration number. We will confirm the due date, the cost, and whether a surcharge applies.

We note renewal dates for every mark we file and message you before they fall due.
